Face Shields Initiative: Our face shields initiative has now delivered over 23,000 face shields to the NHS and keyworkers in the healthcare sector. Read about our latest partnership with ScrubHub. Our Flickr gallery shows the pictures from the DT workshop, our production partners and the recipients we have helped. If you require this vital PPE or are aware of people in need of face shields, please contact faceshields@leightonpark.com.

LP Donate: To support those in need during the coronavirus pandemic, we are collecting donations for our partner organisations. The items urgently needed by 9.00pm tonight, Monday 11th May, are food donations for Whitley Food Bank. The items urgently needed by 9.00pm, Monday 18th May, are books and games for children aged 5-10. We are continuing to support the School’s long term partner, the Livingstone Tanzania Trust. Trustee and Director of the charity (and Old Leightonian!) Julian Page, is leading an emergency appeal to install as many hand washing stations as possible in the area around Babati, where we have visited with Sixth Form students for the past ten years to support their work. For further information, please see the WASH flyer or contact Helen Taylor, Head of Sixth Form.
