All Parents and Guardians

Political Campaign to Abolish Independent Schools – Please see the following message from the Head, Matthew Judd, relating to the recent news of Labour’s political campaign seeking to abolish all independent schools:

My education colleagues and I are vigorously defending to all parties your right to choose the appropriate education for your child and that abolishing the independent sector would neither improve educational outcomes for the country nor target social mobility. If you feel inclined, I would encourage you to write to your MP (of whatever political party). We have a template letter, provided by national organisations of which we are a member, if that would help and which can be downloaded here. Please send your letter to matt.rodda.mp@parliament.uk. I am happy to discuss this important issue with any parents by telephone or appointment.  Please contact headspa@leightonpark.com if you wish to get in touch. Thank you for your support.
