All Parents and Guardians

Parents Supporting Sports Fixtures - We encourage all parents to watch their children playing in school fixtures. If you decide to watch a home fixture please check the details on www.leightonparksport.com so you know the location and start time of the match. Please always park in Grove car park accessed via the Shinfield Road entrance and sign in at Reception. Sports staff have been advised to speak to parents to check they are in the right place and answer any of their questions. We put on match teas for students and parents in Oakview after most fixtures. Well trained dogs on leads are allowed on site but parents must be responsible for them at all times.

PE and Games Kit - Some students have been consistently attending PE/Games sessions with inappropriate kit this term. In colder temperatures, we encourage students to wear baselayers (if not official school ones, plain navy or black are permitted), the microfleece/older hoody, softshell jackets/older tracksuit and tracksuit bottoms if appropriate for the activity. Layers are key for keeping students warm and enjoying sport outside. Plain navy or black gloves and beanie/bobble hats will also be allowed. If you have any queries about sports kit please contact Jez Belas, Director of Sport.

Website Feedback We are currently working on a new website for the school and would appreciate your input on making the navigation as intuitive as possible. If you are able to spare 3 to 5 minutes to complete a short activity here we would be thankful for your help.

Treasure Island Merchandise If you would like to purchase a Treasure Island DVD (£15) or photobook (£25) as a memento of last term’s whole school production, please do so by clicking here. Orders should be placed before Friday 15th February 2019.

PSC Fireworks Information - Thank you to all those parents, guardians, staff and students who joined the PSC in Oakview last Friday supporting the spectacular fireworks event last Friday night. It was a fabulous evening with amazing fireworks, scrumptious food, live music and groups including Team Dubai and Amicus raising money for good causes. If you would like to see some photographs from the night please view our Flickr gallery.
